Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking a tour with Roadless Morocco. By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Bookings and Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment
- You must provide accurate information when booking
- Bookings can be made via our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp
2. Payment
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm multi-day tour bookings
- Day tours require full payment at the time of the tour
- Final payment for multi-day tours is due before tour departure
- Payment methods: cash (EUR/MAD), bank transfer, or PayPal
- Prices are quoted in EUR and may change without notice
3. Cancellation Policy
- More than 14 days before: Full refund minus 10% admin fee
- 7-14 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before: No refund
- No-shows: No refund
- Cancellations by Roadless Morocco: Full refund
4. Tour Modifications
Roadless Morocco reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide alternative arrangements of equal value where possible.
5. Participant Requirements
- Minimum age for quad driving: 16 years
- Minimum age for buggy driving: 18 years
- Participants must be in reasonable physical condition
- Pregnant women should consult a doctor before participating
- Participants must follow guide instructions at all times
- Valid travel insurance is strongly recommended
6. Safety and Liability
- Participants must attend the safety briefing
- Participants must wear provided safety equipment
- Roadless Morocco is not liable for injuries caused by participant negligence
- Participants are responsible for damage to equipment caused by reckless behavior
- Our liability is limited to the tour price paid
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all participants have travel insurance covering adventure activities. See our Travel Insurance page for details.
8. Weather and Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or modifications due to weather, natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a credit for future tours.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Complaints
Any complaints should be reported to your guide immediately. If not resolved, contact us at info@roadlessmorocco.com within 14 days of your tour.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be resolved in Moroccan courts.
